    WHAT IS THE QDOBA CARD? back to top

    The Qdoba Card is a member card which serves as the foundation for both of our rewards programs, Qdoba Rewards and the Qdoba Catering Rewards Club.

    HOW CAN I GET A QDOBA CARD, and does it cost anything to get? back to top

    You can pick up a Qdoba Card at any participating Qdoba Mexican Grill at no cost! Click here to find the list of PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD? back to top

    Unfortunately, we cannot transfer credits from one card to another. Therefore, you will need to get another card, register it, and start earning credits all over again.

    WHAT IS THE REWARDS PROGRAM? back to top

    The Qdoba card is a reward program designed to show our appreciation to our loyal guests. When the Qdoba card is swiped in the restaurant at the time of purchase, each full-priced entree is credited towards the rewards program. Qdoba card customers will earn a free entrée each time their account balance reaches 1,000 points.

    WHAT MENU ITEMS COUNT TOWARDS EARNING A FREE ENTRÉE? back to top

    Any full-priced entrée will count – Burrito, Naked Burrito, Quesadilla, Taco Salad, Nachos, Tortilla Soup Trio, and an order of 3 Tacos. Sorry, individual taco purchases, side dishes such as chips and salsa, and kids meal items do not qualify as an entrée and do not count towards earning a free entrée.

    WHY DON'T I SEE MY CREDIT FOR FREE CHIPS & SALSA ON MY ACCOUNT BALANCE? back to top

    The free chips & salsa is a one-time reward for registering your Qdoba Card and therefore does not show on your account balance. After registering your card, simply order chips & salsa on your next visit to Qdoba. Present the cashier with your card, and the cost will automatically be taken off your bill.

    Note: you must order chips and salsa to receive the reward.

    HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REWARDS ONCE I HAVE EARNED THEM? back to top

    That is simple – when you present your registered Qdoba card and have earned 1000 points, the most expensive entrée will automatically be deducted from your bill. Unfortunately, at this time our system doesn’t have the ability to let you choose when you want to redeem your free entrée.

    Guests who enroll in the Qdoba eClub will automatically be sent an email coupon good for a free entrée with the purchase of an entrée right before your birthday. In order to be eligible, you need to sign up for our Qdoba eClub. CLICK HERE TO ENROLL IN OUR QDOBA ECLUB.

    For Qdoba Card credit, please scan your receipt and e-mail a copy to rewards@qdoba.com with your Qdoba Card number in the subject line.

    WHAT IS THE QDOBA CATERING REWARDS CLUB? back to top

    The Qdoba Catering Rewards Club is a program designed to reward customers that purchase Qdoba Catering on a regular and/or frequent basis. Most members spend at least $1,000 per year on Qdoba Catering.

    HOW DOES THE QDOBA CATERING REWARDS CLUB WORK? back to top

    Every time a registered customer purchases Hot Bars or Box Lunches and swipes their Qdoba Card in conjunction with that order (or gives their Qdoba Card # with a phone-in order) they receive 1 Rewards Point for every pre-tax dollar spent.

    HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE PROGRAM? back to top

    First, check to see that the restaurant(s) you frequent are participating in the program; this is not a program that all restaurants participate in, therefore, it is important for you to look at that first. Second, if the restaurant(s) you frequent are participating in the program, then all you have to do is register within this site...click on the “Register Here” button on the home page, select the check box indicating you want to register for the Qdoba Catering Rewards Club program, and then “Agree” to the disclaimer page that will come up after checking that box.

    Once you reach 1,000 rewards points you will be eligible for reward redemption. Rewards take the form of gift cards/certificates from over 100 popular, national companies in the following categories:

    IF I REGISTER FOR THE QDOBA CATERING REWARDS CLUB PROGRAM AFTER I PURCHASE QDOBA CATERING WILL THE POINTS FROM THAT PURCHASE COUNT TOWARDS MY POINT STANDING? back to top

    Yes, as long as you register for the program within five days of your last Qdoba Catering purchase. In order to receive credit for such a purchase you will need to do the following: fax us your first and last name, your Qdoba Card number, a copy of the receipt, and a way of contacting you (phone or email).

    Fax these items to “Qdoba Catering Rewards” at 720.898.2396.

    HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY REWARD POINTS STANDING IS? back to top

    First, login to your account on ILoveQdoba.com. Second, click on the “Qdoba Catering Rewards Club status” link on the “Manage Your Account” page. Once you’ve done so you will see your history and current point standing.

    HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REACH THE 1,000 POINT LEVEL? back to top

    You have one year to reach the 1,000 point level. That one-year period will be determined based on your date of registration OR the date of your last redemption (a new one-year period starts as soon as you redeem).

    WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE? back to top

    Yes, there are two scenarios in which this can happen. Scenario 1: you do not reach the 1,000 point level within the one-year period and are therefore not eligible to redeem points (the points you have accumulated will expire). Scenario 2: you do reach the 1,000 point level but for some reason do not redeem those points.

    WILL I RECEIVE REMINDERS ABOUT MY POINT STANDING? back to top

    Yes, you will receive a monthly email reporting your current point standing. Also, if you are approaching the timeframe in which your points will expire we will send you an email that either reminds you to redeem your points (if eligible) or tells you how many points you need to accrue in order to be eligible for redemption so you don’t lose those you’ve already accumulated.

    The Hot Taco Bar feeds 10 or more people; The Hot Nacho Bar and The Hot Naked Burrito® Bar feed 20 or more people.

    DO YOU DELIVER HOT BARS? back to top

    Yes, we do deliver Hot Bars, but this may vary by location. All deliveries require at least 24 hours advance notice. Please call your local Qdoba for specific details.

    Please call and order your Hot Bar at least 24 hours in advance.

    DO HOT BARS COME WITH NAPKINS, PLATES AND NECESSARY UTENSILS? back to top

    Yes, each Hot Bar comes with the appropriate number of disposable plates, napkins and serving utensils.

    WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STANDARD BOX LUNCH AND A CUSTOM BOX LUNCH? back to top

    A Custom Box Lunch must be ordered via the fax order form (available in-restaurant or for download on Qdoba.com) and diners can select from one of our Signature Burritos or choose the ingredients to make their favorite burrito (i.e. - type of beans, salsa, cheese or sour cream, etc.). The Standard Box Lunch is great for large group orders where the person responsible for lunch doesn’t want to make ingredient choices for every burrito prepared.

    CAN I HAVE CUSTOM BOX LUNCHES PREPARED? back to top

    Yes. We can make any of the burritos on our menu into a Custom Box Lunch. Call your nearest Qdoba Mexican Grill for details.

    Please order Box Lunches before 11 a.m.

    DO BOX LUNCHES COME WITH UTENSILS? back to top

    Yes, all Box Lunches (Custom or Standard) come with a fork and napkin.
