Founded in Denver in 1995, today Qdoba Mexican Grill has more than 500 restaurants in 43 states.

We create our menu items to showcase the bold, fresh flavors of our high-quality ingredients in innovative ways that define our unique handcrafted approach to Mexican cuisine. We work as a team to create and prepare new culinary combinations that blend traditional Mexican flavors with our own unique spin. Our menu creations are prepared by hand, and then we work with our guests to help them personalize their dishes, according to their individual taste preferences.
