Qdoba cares about its team members, guests and communities. Since we opened our first restaurant in 1995, our team members have demonstrated a passion for giving back to guests and to the communities in which Qdoba operates, and we encourage our team members to volunteer their time and expertise to help create lasting relationships with these communities. Additionally, both Qdoba and our franchisees are passionate about giving back to our communities through donations of food, personal time and funds.

In 2008, Qdoba selected Starlight Children’s Foundation as our national charity partner. Starlight Children’s Foundation is a nationwide charity dedicated to helping seriously ill children and their families cope with their pain, fear and isolation through entertainment, education and family activities. We feel that by working together we can help raise money to support Starlight’s efforts, raise awareness about this national organization, as well as the services and activities it provides, and we can provide volunteer opportunities for our team members throughout the year. Working together we hope to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families throughout the country.
