Kristi Cox
General Manager for Qdoba Mexican Grill Aksarben


Kristi has been a manager with Qdoba since they opened the first store at 120th and Blondo in Omaha, NE in 2004. Kristi was certified as a Training Manager for Qdoba in 2005 and was the opening General Manager for the 2nd location at 72nd and Pacific that same year. Kristi was also involved with the opening of the store at 144th and Center in 2006. Prior to working for Qdoba Mexican Grill, Kristi worked for Long John Silver’s restaurants in Omaha, NE and Sioux City, IA. Kristi began working there part-time while attending college at Western Iowa Tech. Kristi quickly promoted into management and spent 16 years working for Long John Silver’s; 9 years as a General Manager. Besides working as a manager for Qdoba Mexican Grill, Kristi is a wife and a mother of two young children. Kristi’s spend her free time with her family swimming, hiking and playing games.

Kristin Hank
Marketing Coordinator


Kristin is a graduate of Bellevue University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. Following graduation she became the Assistant Marketing Director & Licensing Coordinator for UNO Athletics where she spent nearly four years negotiating and renewing corporate sponsorships and partnerships, managing and monitoring the Maverick Licensing program, organizing golf tournaments for athletic department fundraisers, managing game-day operations in regards to marketing promotions for all home sporting events and much more. Following UNO, Kristin worked as the Social Sales Manager for the Crowne Plaza Omaha and joined Qdoba in January.

Tony Page
Operating Partner


Tony Page serves as the Operating Partner of Nebraska/Dakota Fresh Mex, LLC. Tony has over 35 years of operations and executive experience in the restaurant industry. During his time in the industry, Tony has been involved in such capacity as franchisee, area developer, executive, operating partner and president of several franchise advisory boards. He has served in both private and publically held companies during his career. Tony has been involved in numerous brands and segments of the industry including, among others, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Pizza Inn, Arby’s, Bonanza Family Steakhouse, Dairy Queen, Captain D’s Seafood, El Chico Mexican Restaurant, Primo Deli Café, and Church’s Chicken. During his involvement with these brands, Tony served as President of the Franchise Association for El Chico Restaurants of Dallas, TX and also for Pizza Inn, Inc. of The Colony, TX. Tony also served as President of the Franchise Advisory Board for Bonanza Family Steakhouses, also of Dallas. As a member of the community, Tony served as a Director for the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce in Paducah, KY, and also served as a Director for Citizen’s Bank & Trust Company of Paducah. Tony attended Western Kentucky University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Tony then returned to Western Kentucky University to serve on the Board of Regents for a 6 year term.
