

Qdoba Cares Fall Session Community Fundraiser
Requests for participation in the Community Fundraiser Program are welcome to organizations, including all school districts. This program is for group participation and those raising funds for a purpose only and therefore not available for individual purchase. If you have previously participated in this program, please read carefully as some important changes have been made.
The Fall Community Fundraiser is underway. This is one way we support our community by allowing participating charities to sell coupons pages and keep 80% of the proceeds. Last year we helped our partner charities raise in excess of $100,000. To find out more and request your application, please send a request to: request.qdoba@gmail.com. As this program sold out last year we will make every effort to accommodate as many worthy organizations as possible in a timely manner
• Each Community Fundraiser sheet is sold for $2, and you sell them for $10, 80% profit back to the group or organization
• All sheets purchased are non-refundable and payment is due prior to pick up and/or delivery
• After filling out the request form below, e-mail the completed request participation form to request.qdoba@gmail.com
• Coupons will expire November 30, 2009
• Once your request has been approved, you will be contacted by a Qdoba representative to finalize the exchange of fundraising coupon sheets for payment. If your submission is not approved you will also be notified.
• Due to overwhelming anticipation we will do our best to fulfill each request
• DUPLICATING COMMUNITY FUNDRIASER SHEETS IN ANY WAY IS PROHIBITED AND WILL NOT BE HONORED BY OUR RESTAURANTS.
• Community Fundraiser sheets MAY NOT BE SOLD ON OR NEAR QDOBA MEXICAN GRILL PREMISES!!!
