How can I get a Qdoba Rewards Card, and does it cost anything to get?
You can pick up a Qdoba Rewards Card at any participating Qdoba Mexican Grill at no cost to you! Click here to find the Qdoba closest to you.

Do I need a new Rewards Card or can I continue to use my existing card?
A new Rewards Card is not needed. You can continue to use your existing “old” rewards card like normal. All of your existing points/rewards will remain on your account and you can view them by logging into your Rewards account. As long as your card has been registered, you can continue to earn and redeem points like normal.

What happens if I lose my card?
We now have a feature that lets you change your active card number on your account. If you go to qdoba.com and login to your Rewards account and go to the ACCOUNT SETTINGS page. From there, you can change your active Rewards Card number by clicking the CHANGE CARD # button and manually entering in the new Rewards Card number that you would like to use going forward.

Why can’t I register more than one Rewards account to the same email address?
Our system requires a unique email address per Rewards account therefore each account needs to be registered to a separate email address.

What is your privacy policy?
We take our guests’ privacy very seriously. There is absolutely no sharing or selling of any Qdoba Client information. If you choose to share your email address with us when join the Qdoba Rewards Email program or Qdoba Catering Rewards Program, you will receive emails from us through our partnering providers. What should I do if I did not have my card with me at the time of purchase?
Let the cashier know that you forgot your card and ask them to give you a claim ID that will be printed on the bottom of your receipt. How do the Free Entrée Rewards work?
When a registered Qdoba Rewards Card, key fob, or barcode sticker is provided at the time of purchase each full-priced entrée will credit your account. Most restaurants credit 100 points per full-priced entrée and will award a free entrée after 1,000 points have been earned (buy 10 entrées, get the 11th entrée free). In some restaurants, a full-priced entrée is worth 85 points and a free entrée is awarded after 1,000 points have been earned (buy 12 entrées, get the 13th entrée free). Once you’ve accumulated 1,000 points, the highest priced entrée on your next purchase will be free.

Do I need to register my Rewards Card in order to earn points?
Yes, all Rewards Cards must be registered in order to earn points. If you currently have an unregistered Rewards Card, ask the cashier the claim ID printed on your receipt. You can then register your Rewards card and enter the claim ID within 30 days to receive credit for that purchase.

Can I use my Rewards Card with a coupon (or special offer)?
Yes, you can use your Rewards Card on all transactions. You will receive points on all full priced entrées. Please note that “Meal Deal” offers are not eligible for earn credit.

What menu items count towards earning a free entrée?
Any full-priced entrée will count (Burrito, Naked Burrito, Quesadilla, Taco Salad, Nachos, Craft 2, Gumbo, Kids Meals, and an order of 3 Tacos). Sorry, individual taco purchase, two taco purchases, side dishes such as chips and salsa, tortilla soup, chips and queso, chips and guacamole, drinks, etc. do not qualify as an entrée and do not count towards earning a free entrée. Many of these smaller “side” items are available to order on our Craft 2 menu. Craft 2 does award credit towards the Free Entrée Rewards.

Why don’t I see my credit for my registration reward on my account balance?
The registration reward is one-time reward that is given after registering your Qdoba Rewards Card and therefore does not show on your rewards account balance. After registering your Rewards Card, simply order regular sized chips & salsa or regular drink on your next visit. Present the cashier with your Rewards Card, and the cost will automatically be taken off your bill. Whichever item is ordered first will be deducted and the reward will no longer be valid. If both items are ordered within the same transaction (both chips and salsa and regular drink), then the higher priced item will be deducted from the transaction. Note: you must order either the regular size chips and salsa or regular drink in order to receive the reward.

How do I choose my registration reward?
It will depend on which item you order first after registering your Rewards Card. So, if you order a regular fountain drink first, that is the registration reward you will receive. If you order a regular size chips and salsa first, that will be the registration reward you will get. If you order both items on the same check, it will automatically reward the higher priced item.

How do I receive my rewards once I have earned them?
That is simple – when you present your registered Qdoba Rewards Card and have earned 1000 points, the most expensive entrée will automatically be deducted from your bill. You now have the ability to manage your account and choose to bank your rewards. That way you will continue to accrue points like normal for full priced entrees that are purchased without having to redeem any of the existing free entrée rewards that you have accrued. All you have to do is login to your account on qdoba.com and under the HOME page you can select the BANK YOUR ENTRÉE REWARDS. Once you decide that you would like to redeem your banked free entrees, simply click UNBANK ENTRÉE REWARDS.

Can I control when I redeem my rewards?
Yes. You control when your rewards are redeemed. You can now choose to bank your rewards online. When you have rewards banking activated you will continue to accumulate points like normal. To start banking your rewards, all you have to do is login to your account on qdoba.com and under the HOME page you can select the BANK ENTRÉE REWARDS. Once you decide that you would like to redeem your banked free entrees, simply click UNBANK ENTRÉE REWARDS. Please remember that this function is managed by you, through your Rewards account on qdoba.com. This function is not something that can be controlled at the restaurant level.

How long does it take for points to credit to my Rewards Account?
Credits from the restaurant should show up in your account within 24-hours. All of our restaurants are set up to print point totals on the bottom of the receipts. However, if the internet connection is interrupted those credits are auto-archived until the internet is re-connected. Although, the points earned don’t appear at the bottom of the receipt in this instance, they will post to your account once the system reconnects.
You can always verify your entree credits and balance by logging into your rewards account.

Why is my points balance at the bottom of my receipt different? (showing less than 1,000 points)
In our enhanced Rewards program, once you have earned 1,000 points your points will be converted to queue your free entrée. Your queued free entrees can be viewed on your Rewards account homepage.

I heard that I can get a free burrito on my birthday. How do I sign up for that?
Guests who enroll in the Qdoba Rewards program will automatically be sent an email coupon good for a free entrée with the purchase of an entrée around their birthday. In order to be eligible all you need to do is sign up for our Rewards program.

Why didn’t I receive my free entrée?
Like credit cards, the Rewards Card is dependent on the Internet. When the Internet connection is interrupted, the system cannot 'see' that a Free Entrée should be awarded. In this instance the system will auto-archive the entrée(s) purchased and post them to your account when the internet is re-connected and the free entrée will be available for your next visit.
You can always verify your free entrée credit and balance by logging into your rewards account.

Can I add a new Rewards Card to my existing account?

If I change my active Rewards Card, will I lose my existing points and rewards?
No! All existing points and rewards in your account will remain posted to your account once you change your active card. Therefore you will still be able to view and redeem them (if applicable) once you add the new card to your account.

Why did my box lunch order not credit towards my free entrée rewards?
The box lunch is considered a catering product, and therefore only credits our catering rewards program. Click here to get more details about Catering Rewards program and to register for it.

Can my free entrée rewards expire?
Unfortunately, your points will expire after 6 months of no card activity. We will email you if you are in danger of losing your points and/or rewards prior to inactivating your account. Redeeming free entrees and inputting claim ID’s to your account does count as card activity.

What is the Qdoba Catering Rewards Program?
The Qdoba Catering Rewards Program is a program designed to reward guests that purchase Qdoba Catering on a regular and/or frequent basis. Most catering guests spend at least $1,000 per year on Qdoba Catering. This program works with the same Qdoba Rewards Card that is used for free entrée rewards. You only need one Qdoba Rewards Card for both the Free Entree Rewards and Catering Rewards programs.

How do I register for the Qdoba Rewards program?
Click on the "Register” button on the home page, and be sure to select the check box indicating you want to register for the Qdoba Catering Rewards Program.
If you already have a registered Qdoba Rewards Card, all that you need to do is log-in to your rewards account and go to the account setting page and select the box to join the Catering Rewards Program.

How does the Qdoba Catering Rewards Program work?
After a guest registers for the Qdoba Catering Rewards Program they will receive 1 point for every pre-tax, pre-delivery dollar spent on Qdoba Catering products (Hot Bars, Hot Bar add-ons and sides and Box Lunches) when their Qdoba Rewards Card is swiped or card number is provided with a catering order. Please note that sometimes it may take 24 hours for these points to credit to your rewards accounts.
You qualify for rewards when your pre-tax purchases surpass $1,000 within 12 months. 1,000 points equals a reward of $50, and every 100 points you earn over the initial 1,000 earns you another $5. Once you have qualified, you can choose to redeem your point in 3 different ways:
- - Gift Certificates (1,000 points = $50) Click here to view what merchants you can choose from when redeeming for gift certificates
- - Catering Discounts (1,000 points = $50, redeemed in $50 increments)
- - Free Entrée Rewards (500 points minimum, 100 points = free entrée)
We’ll send you monthly updates of your points balance and notify you when you qualify to redeem points (when you’ve reached or surpassed 1,000 points).

Can I control when I redeem my Catering Discount?
Yes, once you redeem your catering points towards a catering discount you will have the option to bank the discount for future use. This option is available of the homepage after logging into your rewards account.

How does the Catering Discount work?
Once you have redeemed your catering points towards a catering discount, the next time you purchase catering items using your rewards card, your discount will automatically be applied to the order. Catering discounts are redeemed in $50 increments. When redeeming your catering discount, be sure that your order total exceeds the amount of the catering discount you have available. And any unused balance will be lost. For example, if you have $100 in catering discounts and your catering order is $75, you will lose the remaining balance of $25.

How do I convert catering points into free entrees?
First, you must have 1,000 points in order to redeem your catering points. You can apply 500 (or more) credits towards free entrees. Every 100 points equals 1 free entrée that will be automatically added to your rewards card. You can view your points balance on the homepage after redeeming these points towards free entrees. You can then bank the free entrees if you wish.

How do I redeem my rewards points?
First, to start the redemption process you need to login into your account . Once in your account, if you have earned 1,000 catering rewards points you will have a button available to redeem your catering rewards. When you click this button it will bring you to the catering redemption center page where you can distribute your points for the following redemption options.

Please note the following if you choose to redeem for gift certificates. After you have redeemed your points and provided a valid email address you will receive an email from our gift certificate provider, Hallmark Insights, which will walk you through the Virtual Rewards Choice redemption process. To prevent the email from Hallmark Insights from being blocked by your email account, we suggest adding their email address to your contacts list:HallmarkInsights@HallmarkInsights.com.
Second, once you have received the Hallmark Insights email, you will be able to order from multiple merchants, so long as each gift card is for a minimum of $10.00. Once you have made your selection and confirmed it, you will receive your Virtual Rewards Choice certificate from Hallmark Insights via email or in the mail. Typically, these are shipped within two (2) business days. If you do not receive the email with your certificate, you can call Hallmark Insights directly at 800-765-4438. You may also email them at Customer.Service@HallmarkInsights.com. Please keep in mind that these certificates are same as cash, so they will come in a very plain envelope. Please be aware that all of the merchants vary in how they present their certificates, some use cards and others use paper receipts or vouchers.

How long do I have to reach the 1,000 point level?
You have 12 months to reach the 1,000 point level. That 12 month period will be determined based on your first catering purchase date.

Will my Catering Rewards points expire?
Yes, there are two scenarios in which this can happen. Scenario 1: you do not reach the 1,000 point level within the one-year period and are therefore not eligible to redeem points (the points you have accumulated will expire). Scenario 2: you do reach the 1,000 point level but for some reason do not redeem those points.

Will I receive reminders about my Catering Rewards point standing?
Yes, you will receive a monthly email reporting your current point standing. Also, if you are approaching the timeframe in which your points will expire we will send you an email that either reminds you to redeem your points (if eligible) or tells you how many points you need to accrue in order to be eligible for redemption so you don't lose those you've already accumulated.

How many people does one Hot Bar feed?
We can prepare our Hot Bars to feed as few as 10 (Hot Taco Bars only) or as many as 100 or more. You tell us how many you need to feed, and we'll make it happen!

Can I have custom Box Lunches prepared?

What's the difference between a Standard Box Lunch and a Custom Box Lunch?
A Custom Box Lunch must be ordered via the fax order form (available in-restaurant or for download on Qdoba.com) and diners can select from one of our Signature Burritos or choose the ingredients to make their favorite burrito (i.e. - type of beans, salsa, cheese or sour cream, etc.). The Standard Box Lunch is great for large group orders where the person responsible for lunch doesn't want to make ingredient choices for every burrito prepared.

What is the Qdoba Rewards Email Program?
When registering your Qdoba Rewards Card you can choose to opt into our email program to receive emails with exclusive discounts, offers, invitations to special event parties, and, of course, free Qdoba food. Guests can also join the email program without a Qdoba Rewards Card by signing up for our Rewards Program on our website at our registration page.

What should I do to make sure that I receive all emails from Qdoba?
To ensure that you receive all Qdoba emails, we recommend that you add the Qdoba_Mexican_Grill@marketing.qdoba.com email address to your address book or contact list so that your email provider doesn’t block Qdoba emails.

What should I do if I’m having trouble viewing emails?
If your message is blank or doesn’t display images correctly, you may not have graphics enabled. Most email programs have a place to click to see the graphics when you have an email open. To change your email provider’s settings for all messages, click on your program’s "Help" link and look for "options" or "email preferences”.
If you use Internet Explorer and the message looks grey/black or doesn’t print correctly, at the top of the screen, click on Tools>Internet Options>Advanced. Scroll down to the printer section, and make sure that the box “Print background images” is checked.

Why can’t I list more than one birthday when I sign-up for the Rewards Program?
Only one birthday is able to be entered into a members account. If another member of your family would like to receive offers from Qdoba including birthday rewards, they can register their own rewards account at our registration page.
