How far in advance should I place my order?
We appreciate 24 hours’ notice for all catering orders but do understand that things come up and you may need a last minute order. If you’re able to plan ahead for your event, we encourage you to place your order as soon as you have all of the necessary info to ensure a timely delivery and setup.
Do you deliver catering orders? How long does set up take?
Yes, we deliver catering orders for a small fee at participating restaurants. Set up takes at least 20 minutes once the delivery driver arrives; larger catering orders may take longer. Contact the Qdoba that you wish to order from to find out if they deliver to your area.
How can I place my catering order?
Search for a location near you on qdoba.com to find the catering number for your location. You can also call the restaurant directly for questions about catering options.
Do catering orders include beverages and desserts?
No, beverages and desserts are not included but can be added on for an additional cost.
Do I need to supply my own plates, forks and napkins?
Chafing rack sets, plates, forks and napkins are supplied for all hot bar orders. We do not provide these items if you order a la carte or boxed lunches.
What if some of my guests have dietary restrictions or an allergy?
Please refer to our nutritional and allergen guide to learn which of our items meet your guest’s needs. Please be sure to inform the restaurant and delivery driver of any allergy-related concerns when placing your order.
Do you have any vegetarian or vegan catering options?
Unfortunately, all of our hot bars include a meat option but we also have rice, beans, and fajita veggies that can be added to any order for those with vegetarian or vegan diets.
Do you accept checks for catering?
Some locations will accept business checks for catering orders, but not all. Personal checks are not accepted. Contact the Qdoba restaurant you wish to order from to confirm if they accept business checks.
Can I pay in advance for a catering order?
You’re welcome to provide your payment information in advance, but it will not be charged until the day of order fulfillment.
Can I order a la carte items?
Yes, almost all of our catering items can be ordered a la carte to support your event’s needs.
How much space will I need to setup my catering?
We recommend having at least one 6-8 ft. table for serving on orders smaller than 30 people; 2 tables are recommended for orders between 30 and 100.
Do I need to bring any items back to the restaurant?
No, you do not need to bring anything back to the restaurant as everything included with our catering is disposable. However, we appreciate when guests return the wire chafing racks and will reward you for each one with free entrée coupons.
