  1. General Qdoba Rewards

    1. How can I get a Qdoba Rewards card?

      You can pick up a Qdoba Rewards card at any participating Qdoba Mexican Eats.

    2. What is Qdoba Rewards?

      The Qdoba Rewards is a program designed to show our appreciation to our loyal guests. Sign up to be a Qdoba Rewards member in any or all of the programs:

      • Exclusive emails with special offers, news, events and promotional information from your local Qdoba. Not to mention your special birthday offer.
      • Free Entrée program with the Qdoba Rewards Card
      • Catering Rewards program with the Qdoba Rewards Card
    3. What is your privacy policy?

      We take your privacy very seriously. There is absolutely no sharing or selling of any Qdoba Client information. If you choose to share your email address with us when joining the Qdoba Rewards Email program or Qdoba Catering Rewards Program, you will receive emails from us through our partnering providers.

  2. Catering Rewards

    1. I’ve redeemed my catering rewards points for gift certificates, how do I pick/receive my gift certificates?

      After you have redeemed your points for a gift certificate and provided a valid email address, you will receive an email from Hallmark Business Connections, which will walk you through the Virtual Rewards redemption process. To prevent the email from Hallmark Business Connections from being blocked, we suggest adding their email address to your contacts list: HallmarkBusinessConnections@HallmarkBusinessConnections.com.

      If you do not receive the email from Hallmark Business Connections, you can contact them directly at 800-765-4438 or at Customer.Service@HallmarkBusinessConnections.com.

    2. How does the Qdoba Catering Rewards program work?

      After you register for the Qdoba Catering Rewards program you will receive 1 point for every pre-tax, pre-delivery dollar spent on qualifying Qdoba Catering items (Hot Bars, Hot Bar add-ons, bulk sides and Box Lunches) when your Qdoba Rewards Card, key fob, or barcode sticker is provided, or a claim ID is issued at the time of purchase. There are 3 different ways Catering Rewards Points can be redeemed.

    3. What is the Qdoba Catering Rewards program?

      The Qdoba Catering Rewards program is designed to reward guests that purchase Qdoba Catering on a frequent basis. This program works with the same Qdoba Rewards Card that is used for free entrée rewards. You earn catering points for $1 catering = 1 point (pre-tax, pre-delivery for qualified catering items). You have a 12 month period to earn and redeem your catering points from the date you opted-in to the program.

    4. How do I redeem my rewards points?

      First, to start the redemption process you need to login into your Rewards Account. If you have earned over 100 catering rewards points, you are eligible to redeem your Catering Rewards if you wish to do so. To redeem your Catering Rewards points, click the “REDEEM CATERING REWARDS NOW” button (located under your Catering Rewards point summary). You will then be able to distribute your Catering Rewards points for the following redemption options:
      * Qdoba Catering Discount every 1,000 points = $50 (redeemed in $50 increments only) * Free Entrée Rewards 100 points minimum, 100 points = 1 free entrée * Gift Certificates 1,000 catering points = $50 (minimum 1,000 points to redeem)

      Once you redeem your catering rewards points, a new 12 month earning period will begin. Any un-redeemed points will be carried over to the next 12 month earning period, as long as a redemption has occurred.

    5. Can I get credit for my catering purchase if I forget my card or if my card is unregistered?

      Yes, when placing or picking your order, please let the cashier know that you forgot your card or that your card is unregistered and ask them to give you a Claim ID that will be printed on the bottom of your receipt. You will have 30 days to enter the Claim ID in your account to receive credit for that purchase.

    6. Will my catering rewards points expire?

      Yes, Catering Rewards Points do expire if a redemption has not occurred over a 12 month period. You have a 12 month period to earn and redeem your catering points from the date you opted-in to the program. Once you redeem your catering rewards points, a new 12 month earning period will begin. Any un-redeemed points will be carried over to the next 12 month earning period, as long as a redemption has occurred. To view your Catering Rewards points standings and expiration date, please login to your Rewards Account.

  3. Rewards Email

    1. I heard that I can get a free burrito on my birthday. How do I sign up for that?

      You will automatically be sent an email coupon valid for a free entrée with the purchase of an entrée for your birthday.

    2. What is the Qdoba Rewards email program?

      When registering, you can choose to opt-in to receive exclusive emails with special offers, news, events and promotional information from your local Qdoba as well as your special birthday offer. You can register to receive emails without a Qdoba Rewards card.

    3. What should I do if I’m having trouble viewing emails?

      If your message is blank or doesn’t display images correctly, you may not have graphics enabled. Most email programs have a place to click to see the graphics when you have an email open. To change your email provider’s settings for all messages, click on your program’s "Help" link and look for "options" or "email preferences”.

    4. I have already signed up for emails, how can I get a Qdoba Rewards card?

      A digital Rewards card is available in your account. Sign-in to your online account and you may print the card under MY REWARDS or save the image of your digital card to your phone to use in restaurant.

      If you want to carry a physical card pick a new one up at a participating Qdoba and change it in Account Settings at the bottom in the Change Card Number section.

    5. How do I make sure that I receive all emails from Qdoba?

      To ensure that you receive all Qdoba emails, we recommend that you add the Qdoba_Mexican_Eats@marketing.qdoba.com email address to your address book or contact list so that your email provider doesn’t block our emails.

    6. When will I receive my registration reward for signing up?

      You will receive a free order of Chips and Salsa or a free regular fountain drink just for joining our rewards program. This email offer is typically sent out within 24-48 hours of signing up for the program.

  4. Free Entrée Rewards

    1. How does the free entrée rewards program work?

      Present a registered Qdoba Rewards card, key fob, barcode sticker or digital card on your phone at the time of purchase or ask for a Claim iD to credit your account online. Each full-priced entrée purchased will earn points*. Once you’ve reached 1,000 points, the highest priced entrée on your next purchase will be free as long as your account does not have Entrée Banking turned ON. Note some charges may still apply for add-ons and extras when a free entree is redeemed.

      *Most restaurants credit 100 points per full-priced entrée and will award a free entrée after 1,000 points have been earned (buy 10 entrées, get the 11th entrée free). In WI, Northern IL, and Washington DC are locations, and select Iowa locations, a full-priced entrée is worth 85 points and a free entrée is awarded after 1,000 points have been earned (buy 12 entrées, get the 13th entrée free).

    2. Do I need to register my rewards card in order to earn points?

      Yes, all Rewards cards must be registered in order to earn points. If you have an unregistered Rewards card, ask the cashier to include a Claim ID, which will print near the bottom of your receipt. You can then register (even on your smart phone in the restaurant) with a Rewards card or get a digital card and then enter the Claim ID within 30 days of your purchase to receive credit for qualifying items. Claim your points at the bottom of the My Rewards page.

    3. What menu items count toward earning a free entrée?

      Any full-priced entrée will count (Burrito, Naked Burrito, Quesadilla, Taco Salad, Nachos, Craft 2, Gumbo, Kids Meals, and an order of three Tacos. Sorry, individual taco purchases, side items such as chips and salsa, tortilla soup, chips and queso, chips and guacamole, drinks, etc. do not qualify as an entrée and therefore do not count towards earning a free entrée. Many of these smaller items are available to order on our Craft 2 menu, which does earn credit towards the Free Entrée Rewards.

    4. I forgot my card; can I credit my own account?

      Before paying, let the cashier know that you forgot your card and they can provide a Claim ID that will print near the bottom of your receipt. You will have 30 days to enter the Claim ID to your rewards account to receive credit for that purchase. Only full priced entrées will award points towards a free entrée.

    5. What is a digital rewards card?

      A digital image of your Rewards account number is available in your online account under My Card. Either save the image to your smart phone or access your account to scan your digital card in a restaurant. Mobile friendly barcode scanners are available at all participating Qdoba locations. Present the image on your mobile device at the time of purchase to receive credit for your qualifying purchase.

    6. I lost my card or don't have a physical card, what can I do?

      By registering your account you have access to a digital version of your Rewards card. Sign-in to your Rewards account and click on MY CARD. You can present the digital card, save it or print it for convenience. If you want to carry a physical card pick a new one up at a participating Qdoba and change it in Account Settings at the bottom in the Change Card Number section. This process will deactivate the previous Rewards card and transfer all of your account information to your new card.

    7. How do I receive my rewards once I have earned them?

      When you present your registered Qdoba Rewards card, and have a balance of 1000 points or more, the most expensive entrée will automatically be deducted from your check, as long as your account does not have entrée banking turned on. Note some charges may still apply for add-ons and extras when a free entree is redeemed.

    8. Can I control when I redeem my rewards?

      You can control when your free entrée rewards are redeemed by choosing to bank your rewards. When you have rewards banking activated, you will continue to accumulate points like normal but will not be able to redeem any free entrées that you may have available.

      To turn Entrée rewards banking on/off, sign-in to your rewards account at qdoba.com. On your MY REWARDS page under MY ENTRÉE REWARDS/ SAVE YOUR REWARDS you can select the ON button for Entrée Rewards Banking. Once you decide that you would like to redeem your ‘banked’ free entrées, simply click the OFF button under Entrée rewards banking. Please remember that this function is only managed by you, through your Rewards account at qdoba.com. This function is not something that can be seen or controlled by the restaurant staff.

    9. Why did my box lunch order not credit towards my free entrée rewards?

      The Box Lunch is considered a catering product, and therefore only credits towards our Catering Rewards program.

    10. How long does it take for points to credit to my rewards account?

      Credits from the restaurant should show up in your account within 24-hours. All of our restaurants are set up to print point totals on the bottom of the receipts. However, if the internet connection is interrupted those credits are auto-archived until the internet connection is reestablished. Although, the points earned don’t appear at the bottom of the receipt, they will post to your account once the system connection is established.

      When the Internet connection is interrupted, the system cannot identify that a Free Entrée should be awarded. In this instance, the system will auto-archive the entrée(s) purchased and post them to your account when the internet is re-connected, and any free entrée rewards will be available for you to use on your next visit.

    11. Can I use my rewards card with a coupon (or special offer)?

      Yes, you can use your Rewards card on all transactions. You will only receive points on full priced entrées that you purchase. Please note that “Meal Deal” offers, Manager Comps or % off, or dollar off discounts are not eligible for rewards credit.
