Gift Cards Terms of Use

QDOBA GIFT CARDS

QDOBA Gift Cards are issued by QMG Stored Value Cards, LLC, a subsidiary of QDOBAQDOBA Restaurant Corporation and are redeemable for food or beverage from participating QDOBAQDOBA Mexican Eats® or QDOBAQDOBA Mexican Grill® locations in the United States and subject to these Terms and Conditions. QDOBA Gift Cards can only be redeemed for eligible food or beverage. Eligible food and beverage are subject to change in our sole discretion. QDOBA Gift Cards may be used toward the purchase of catering orders if paying in store (not online or over telephone). Purchases will be deducted until value reaches zero.

QDOBA Gift Cards are valid only if purchased from a participating QDOBA restaurant location, from our gift card site www.QDOBA.cashstar.com , or from an authorized reseller or distributor.

The risk of loss and title for QDOBA Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the QDOBA Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any QDOBA Gift Cards are lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your balance is used without your permission. If lost, stolen, or damaged, physical, or digital cards will not be replaced without valid proof of purchase and only to extent of the remaining card balance. To the fullest extent permissible by law, in the event a QDOBA Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of that QDOBA Gift Card. QDOBA Gift Cards are valid only at participating locations and are not accepted in some non-traditional locations including but not limited to airports, college campuses and malls.

QDOBA Gift Cards purchased in the U.S. can only be redeemed at participating U.S. locations. Participating U.S. locations are subject to change in our sole discretion.

QDOBA Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards and are not redeemable for cash or credit, except in California when cash value of card is below $10 or wherever else required by applicable state, federal or local law. Other restrictions may also apply.

QDOBA Gift Card balance information is available on your QDOBA receipt, or by calling 1-888-378-9029.

QDOBA Gift Cards may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Engaging in any activity that, in our sole discretion, disrupts, or is harmful to our customers, reputation, goodwill, business or operations is prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activities or using the QDOBA Gift Cards in violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in us taking action against you, including but not limited to, preventing you from claiming or redeeming gift cards, and revoking QDOBA Gift Card balances.

By using a QDOBA Gift Card, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and not to use a QDOBA Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to QDOBA, its affiliates, or its customers.

QMG Stored Value Cards, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice, from time to time in our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to QDOBA Gift Cards or your balance, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If any of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Terms and Conditions.
