Missed out on your points on your last visit? We get it. Things happen when you’re hungry. Sign into your account and enter the Claim ID on your receipt to get points.
Note for Catering Guests: For Catering Orders, a Claim ID will not appear on your receipt. If you forget your card and need assistance with receiving points from a catering order, please email a copy of your receipt to rewards@qdoba.com, and we will assist further.

Redeem your Catering Points three different ways: Treat yourself to a Visa® Gift Card, enjoy free QDOBA entrees, or get discounts on your next catering order. Each order counts as a visit towards your tier level, so order away!
1. Start your order, and be sure to add the item that corresponds to the reward you want to use to your cart.
For example, if you have a reward for "Free Chips & Queso," visit the "Chips & Dips" menu category, and add "3-Cheese Queso & Chips" to your cart prior to checkout.
2. Make sure you are logged into your rewards account. If you are not, log in using the button at the top of the screen.
3. All your available rewards will appear on the right-side of your order screen.
4. Choose the reward you would like to apply to your order.
1. Log into the app, start your order, and be sure to add the item that corresponds to the reward you want to use to your cart.
For example, if you have a reward for "Free Chips & Queso," visit the "Chips & Dips" menu category, and add "3-Cheese Queso & Chips" to your cart prior to checkout.
2. On the “Shopping Cart” screen, select “Apply Rewards” to see all of your available rewards.
3. Select the reward you want to use and click “Apply Rewards.”
4. Select “Checkout” at the bottom of your screen to finish placing your order.
Unfortunately, due to changes in our restaurant technology, all Yellow Rewards cards can no longer be scanned at checkout.
If you have an old yellow Rewards card, please collect a new unregistered Rewards card the next time you visit any QDOBA restaurant location, and follow these quick steps:

In the actual email, please provide the information below:
The 10 or 7 character code* on your old card (including any letters, F or C)
The email address associated with your QDOBA Rewards account
Your First and Last Name
The 14 digit card number from the new unregistered Rewards card you picked up at a QDOBA restaurant
If you are claiming points from an order, please include the Claim ID code that is printed on your receipt

As of January 14th, 2020, all existing Rewards members will be required to create a new Rewards account password. You should receive a password reset email from QDOBA automatically, which will allow you the chance to create a new password. If you do not receive a password reset email automatically, you can reset your password HERE.
Rewards members earn points for every dollar they spend at QDOBA, and can redeem these points for free food. As you place more orders, you will unlock special perks and the ability to earn points even faster.
Yes – Just be sure to save the Claim ID on the bottom of your receipt. To claim points for the order, follow these short steps: Step 1: Log into your account on https://qdoba.myguestaccount.com. Step 2: Enter your Claim ID in the "Claim Missing Points" section. Step 3: Click the "Claim Points" button.
Bonus point offers may be offered from time-to-time. If you meet the qualifications for an offer, but do not receive the bonus points you were owed, please reach out to our Guest Relations team at https://www.qdoba.com/talk-to-us so we can ensure your account is properly credited.
You can update your email preferences by logging into your Rewards account HERE and clicking the "Communication Preferences" button. Here, you can adjust the cadence and number of rewards-related emails you receive.
On the Account Login page, click "Click here to request a new password" then enter your 14-digit rewards card number, or the email address that is connected to your account.
Rewards: When you redeem points to unlock free food rewards, the rewards will never expire.
Points: If you fail to participate in a qualifying transaction for 13 months, all unused points will expire.
Tier Status: Your visit count will reset to zero on the last day of each calendar year. The tier status achieved during the year will carry over into the following year, but in order to maintain this tier status, you must make the appropriate number of qualifying* visits to maintain your status in the following year.
*Qualifying visits includes online orders placed through Qdoba.com and/or the QDOBA Rewards app, as well as in-restaurant orders. Orders placed externally through 3rd party delivery websites (such as Grubhub and Uber Eats) do not count as qualifying visits.
Tier 4 Champ status is currently the highest tier level achievable. By reaching tier 4, you are able to earn the most points-per-dollar, the ability to earn bonus points on every order, along with a rotating monthly mystery offer.
Once you've reached Tier 2 Apprentice status, you will earn 100 bonus points on your next in-store or online order.
Only participating restaurants will accept QDOBA Rewards. This does not include some licensed QDOBA locations within shopping malls, government buildings (including military bases), universities and airports.
