Yes – Just request a claim ID at the register when you pay for your purchase. Then hold onto your receipt, login to your account on Qdoba.com and enter the claim ID exactly as you see it on your receipt. Don’t delay – Claim ID’s expire after 30 days.

-Step 2: Click the USER PROFILE icon in the upper-right corner of the website.
-Step 3: Click the MANAGE REWARDS button
-Step 4: Click on CLAIM ID, enter the Claim ID that appears on your receipt, then click SUBMIT.

On the mobile app, log into your account and tap once on the Home Screen. Here, you can adjust your currently selected perk. On the website, simply log into your account and visit the MANAGE REWARDS page. Here, use the ‘SWITCH PERK’ button to adjust your perk.
You can update your email preferences by logging into your Rewards account and clicking on "Your Information." If you click "Subscribe," you’ll receive exclusive offers,new menu item updates, account information and news about local events. If you check "Unsubscribe," we’ll only send you emails related to managing your rewards account, like statement emails and Birthday and Anniversary benefits.

Tier levels expire one year from your first visit using a rewards account at a participating Qdoba restaurant. If you are completely inactive in the program for 2 years from the first transaction date, your points, tier level and rewards will be forfeited.
No, your tier perk is one or the other – if you get the discounted Chips & Queso then you do not also receive your points. There is a control in your account that allows you to choose which of these you would like.
Yes, but there may be more to come and your Tier 4 perk will rotate monthly.
No, the 100 bonus points are awarded at check out so the points are not added until after the purchase has been made so the points will be available on your next visit.
Only participating Qdoba restaurants will accept Qdoba Rewards. This does not include licensed locations like malls, universities and airports.
