We’ve improved our program so that guests can now receive more points for their purchases and expanded the menu item options that you can redeem your points on. Instead of only receiving points for entrée purchases, you now receive points on every dollar spent so you can receive points for small purchases like drinks or a Chips & Queso. Additionally, those points can be redeemed on menu items of your choice from a drink or dessert, to an entrée or Knockout Taco combo. It may seem like you need a lot more points to receive a free entrée, but with the new points system you’ll probably reach your free entrée even faster than before because at Tier 2 you receive 100 bonus points with each purchase on top of your points per dollar spent. We’re giving you the freedom to spend your points how you please.

In the password field, you may use your original password or create a new one. You are not required to enter your Card Number and EPIN (this is for new registrants only or those that have not yet tied an email address to their card).
No, the 100 bonus points are awarded at check out so the points are not added until after the purchase has been made so the points will be available on your next visit.
No, your tier perk is one or the other – if you get the discounted Chips & Queso then you do not also receive your points. There is a control in your account that allows you to choose which of these you would like.

Tier levels expire one year from your first visit using a rewards account at a participating Qdoba restaurant. If you are completely inactive in the program for 2 years from the first transaction date, your points, tier level and rewards will be forfeited.

and click “I forgot my password.” This will prompt you to enter an email address; make sure to use the email address that is associated to your rewards account and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.
You can update your email preferences by logging into your Rewards account and clicking on "Your Information." The first email preference, "Subscribe," enrolls you in Qdoba’s full email program, which allows us to send you offers, information about your account and contact you regarding local events. The second option, "Unsubscribe," means we’ll only send you emails related to managing your rewards account, like Champ Monthly Mystery offers and Birthday and Anniversary benefits.
Only participating Qdoba restaurants will accept Qdoba Rewards. This does not include licensed locations like malls, universities and airports.
Yes – Just request a claim ID at the register when you pay for your purchase. Then hold onto your receipt, login to your account on Qdoba.com and enter the claim ID exactly as you see it on your receipt. Don’t delay – Claim ID’s expire after 30 days.
